At Arts Crafts Learning, we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.

However, we will gladly make things right if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or not working as intended.

• You experience technical issues preventing access to your download.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us at artcraftslearning@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll quickly provide a replacement file or resolve the problem.
